
At Astro Tamizha, we strive to offer reliable and meaningful astrology consultation services delivered through online platforms. As these services involve real-time expert involvement and personalized analysis, we follow a transparent yet strict policy regarding cancellations and refunds.
All astrology consultations, whether via call, chat, video, or written report, are delivered digitally through our website or mobile platform.
The services are fulfilled by certified astrologers, based on user-submitted data. Once a consultation is booked and assigned to an astrologer, it is considered in processing, and no refund shall be permitted thereafter.
Users are responsible for providing accurate birth and personal details at the time of booking. Astro Tamizha is not responsible for the consequences of incorrect information provided by the user.
Cancellations before Service Initiation: If a user wishes to cancel a consultation before it is assigned to an astrologer, the request must be submitted via customer support within 1 hour of booking. Approval is subject to internal review and is not guaranteed.
Cancellations after Assignment: Once a consultation request is marked as “Processing” or has been assigned to an astrologer, cancellation is not permitted under any circumstances.
Refunds are provided only under exceptional and clearly defined circumstances. Refund requests will be considered only in the following cases:
Network or technical issues disrupted the consultation (e.g., poor call quality, disconnection, or platform-related failure). The astrologer failed to communicate in the language mentioned in their profile. The astrologer took an unreasonably long time to respond or provided an irrelevant or non-contextual response. The astrologer failed to appear or conduct the scheduled session.
Important Notes:
No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction related to the accuracy or outcome of a consultation. Astrology is a spiritual and advisory service, and outcomes may vary based on individual interpretations.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed only after an internal quality audit, which may include a review of chat/call recordings related to the session.
The decision of the Astro Tamizha Quality Assurance Team will be final and binding.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and will be credited to the user’s Bank Account only.
In cases of duplicate or multiple payments for the same consultation, the excess amount will be refunded in full to the Account.
